The CPASS Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The CPASS Foundation is dedicated to increasing the number of Illinois students of color in the major healthcare and STEMM professions by ensuring that they receive the strongest educational foundation and access to resources.
