The goal of this position is to support the technical needs of scholars, instructors and staff during our SMASH Academy program for high school students.

College Success Facilitators help provide scholars with the vital skills needed to embark upon all aspects of the college admissions process.

Instructors will introduce scholars to computer languages and skills that are in high demand in today’s (and tomorrow’s) engineering industry. They will help scholars create and maintain a project portfolio to use in obtaining scholarships, internships, and employment.
